Everyone goes through bad stages in their lives and it’s OK to feel depressed sometimes. What’s not OK is for you to Bottle It UP! And continue like this all the time. Get it off your chest…. Talk to someone you know. Keep in mind there is professional help to support you to overcome this.

Getting help is much easier than it was before.....The cost is mostly covered by medicare. Your GP can give you a referral and talk to you about a treatment plan. You can have up to 12 visits a year with a professional (exceptions can be made....and you can get up to 18 visits) plus 12 group sessions.
