Bankstown Multicultural Youth Service ( BMYS )
has been serving the community since 1987
.

We provide a comprehensive range of essential services for young people and facilitate greater connections between young people and the broader community.

We work on improving the quality of life for young people as well as providing community harmony activities that strengthen and build positive connections between young people and others within the community.

BMYS uses a "Strengths Based Approach" in our work with young people. This means we focus on identifying and building upon the individual strengths each young person has. By focusing on strengths rather than negative issues in their lives, young people are empowered with a positive mind set to grow and achieve positive outcomes.
